City administration activities are to coordinate, prepare and create strategic development plan. City administration organizes and prepares developmental projects and other plans and programs proposed by the City Council and Mayor. City administration parforms other tasks such as preparing of the annual action plan, implementation of these plans as well as strategies and reports on these plans' realizations. City administration coordinates activities of the strategic projects and identifies the sources necessary for the projects' realizations.
